A lot of squash blossom necklaces can be rather heavy, even ponderous. This Navajo example from the 1940s is lighter, even delicate. Note the interesting floral spacers. The naja is also smaller in scale consistent with the overall necklace. It measures 24″ from end to end. There is a nice green/blue turquoise stone. It has a circular spring clasp.
