The measuring and ordering process was super easy. I appreciated the email after I submitted my order to make sure my sizing was correct and giving me the opportunity to change it if needed. The jacket arrived promptly. The packaging was sufficient, though I thought it would be a little more substantial given the contents. The leather is beautiful and the color is solid. I wanted the jacket to be just a tad large to accommodate sweaters and its perfect. The leather is subtle and moves with you. Absolutely no stiffness. I will for sure purchase from this company again.
